MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JULY 11, 1991 <br />say in what happens in the future. <br />Keis asked if $12,000 would bring the property up to <br />Code, and expressed doubts that it would. <br />Favis indicated that $12,000 would bring the structure <br />up to Code. <br />Favis indicated that in the future she may want to add <br />an addition or second story to the house. <br />The Planner pointed out that future improvements would <br />require a new Conditional Use Permit. <br />Keis felt that the application should be tabled at this <br />time until the City has information from an engineer <br />stating that what Favis plans to do will make the house <br />structurally sound. <br />A representative of Favis's indicated that their plans <br />are to begin at the foundation of the structure and <br />work up. New footings and a foundation will be put in. <br />This person indicated that $12,000 will bring the <br />structure up to Code. <br />Herkenhoff recommended tabling action on the <br />conditional use permit and variance request submitted <br />by Gloria Favis for property located at 34 Little <br />Canada Road until the applicant has submitted the <br />necessary plans and information requested by the <br />Building Inspector. <br />Motion seconded by Drabik. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Favis was informed that the matter will come back to <br />the Planning Commission at its August 8th meeting. <br />SHORELAND The City Planner indicated that he is not ready to <br />ORDINANCE submit a report on the Shoreland Ordinance, and <br />requested that this matter be tabled until the <br />Commission's next meeting. <br />ARCADE & Drabik reported that there is shrubbery at the <br />KELLER intersection of Arcade Street and Keller Parkway <br />PARKWAY that is blocking visibility. Drabik requested that <br />Public Works address the situation. <br />Page 9 <br />
