Hanson <br />Attached is a resolution calling for a public hearing on a <br />proposed modification to the tax increment financing plan <br />for the Thunder Bay TIF District No. 1. This hearing is <br />necessary in order that we may amend the budget to address <br />the use of excess TIF funds for the Thunder Bay drainage <br />project as well as the potential use to assist in <br />assessment payments for the DeSoto Street improvements as <br />they relate to Pioneer Park.
