JUN 18 '91 18:25 BRIGGS MORGRN <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: June 26, 1991 <br />FRGE.02 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />Of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on <br />wednssday, the 26th day of June, 1991 at p.m. for the <br />purpose of calling a public hearing on the modification of the <br />tax increment financing plan for Thunder Bay Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1, within Thunder Bay Development <br />District, as enlarged. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following <br />resolution, the reading of which was dispensed with by unanimous <br />consent, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR <br />THUNDER BAY TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1, <br />WITHIN THUNDER BAY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, AS ENLARGED <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "City "), as follows: <br />1. public Hearing. This council shall meet on Wednesday, <br />August 14, 1991, at approximately 7:30 p.m., to hold a public <br />hearing on the proposed adoption of the modified tax increment <br />financing plan relating to Thunder Bay Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 1, within Thunder Bay Development District, as <br />enlarged, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134, both inclusive, as <br />amended and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.179, <br />both inclusive, as amended (collectively, the "Act "). <br />2. ,. e ar',• -,.
