Hanson <br />City Administrator <br />RE: Use of Old Fire Station by Recreation Association <br />Dear Joel: <br />Thanks for your letter of January 30 concerning our needs for space <br />in the fire station. The matter was discussed at a recent board <br />meeting and we feel we could utilize up to 600 square feet of space. <br />This will allow us room to store all the items that we currently keep <br />in the fire station, city center, and Spooner park garage. We would <br />also ask that whatever area is set aside for us have direct access <br />to one of the overhead garage doors for ease of moving our equipment <br />in and out. <br />We realize that there are probably a number of organizations requesting <br />space. If our requirements cannot be met, please let me know. I'm <br />sure we can reduce the amount of floor space required by installing <br />shelving, cabinets, etc., if necessary.
