Other Issues. House pads omitted before were duplex locations. <br />All lots now have pads drawn on every lot. A landscaped buffer <br />was not addressed at the meeting and the new plat makes no <br />reference to it. <br />CONCLUSION <br />The plat has addressed all concerns, brought up 4in the previous <br />staff report and meeting. With the exception of.Yandscaping, the <br />plat now meets all minimum requirements and should be <br />resubmitted. <br />PAGE 3B <br />
