OCT -04- 1931 14:14 FROM SWEEMIEY \ BORER <br />EXHIBIT a <br />TO LITTLE - CANADA P.05 05 <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />This is a summary of Ordinance No. 349 , which amends <br />Chapter 916 of the Little Canada Municipal Code, relating to <br />floodplain districts within the City of Little Canada. <br />Sections 916.010, 916.020, 916.030 set forth general <br />statements and provisions relating to the purposes and <br />interpretation of the Ordinance. <br />Sections 916.040 and 916.050 relate to floodplain <br />subcontracts and interpretation of district boundaries. <br />Section 916.060 relates to the requirement of a Zoning <br />Certificate. Section 916.070 provides for amendments and <br />variances. <br />Sections 916.080 and 916.090 provide for permitted uses and <br />conditional uses and pertinent regulations relating thereto <br />within the district. <br />Section 916.100 regulates the subdivisions within the <br />district. Section 916.110 provides for regulations as to mobile <br />homes and mobile home parks within the district. <br />Section 916.120 relates to public utilities and other <br />public improvements within the district. Section 916.130 <br />establishes procedures and standards for a valuation of proposed <br />conditional uses within the district. Section 916.140 relates <br />to nonconforming uses within the district. <br />Section 916.150 provides for penalties for violation of the <br />Chapter. <br />The Ordinance was adopted on the 9th day of October <br />1991, and published on the 15th day of October , 1991. <br />Page 4 <br />
