MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />SEPTEMBER 12, <br />PARK MASTER <br />PLAN <br />LONG -RANGE <br />PLANNING <br />ADJOURN <br />1991 <br />DeLonais noted that the Planning Commission has <br />received copies of the proposed Park Master Plan. <br />DeLonais suggested that the Commission review it over <br />the next month, and be prepared to discuss it at the <br />next meeting. <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to begin next <br />month's meeting at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of <br />discussing long -range plans for the Little Canada Road <br />area adjacent to Round Lake. The Commission requested <br />that the City Planner provide them with information on <br />the County's plans for Little Canada Road, as well as <br />information regarding how the DNR's shoreland <br />regulations effect the area. The Commission also asked <br />for information about the amount of taxes that the area <br />currently generates for the City. <br />Herkenhoff recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Drabik. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:50 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy G1ahzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page 11 <br />
