CUP <br />FILE NO: 758.09 - 91.22 <br />Amoco Oil Company has requested a conditional use permit to <br />replace a current pipeline which lies under or near several <br />mobile homes with a new section of pipe approximately 35 feet <br />from the mobile homes. This project requires a conditional use <br />permit as an essential service pipeline for non -local <br />transmission under Zoning Ordinance Section 903.100.D. <br />The requirements of this section are as follows: <br />1. Prior to the installation of any of the previous essential <br />services, the owner of such service shall file with the <br />Zoning Administrator, all maps and other pertinent <br />information as deemed necessary for the Planning Commission <br />to review the proposed project. <br />2. The Zoning Administrator shall transmit the map and <br />accompanying information to the Planning Commission for its <br />review and recommendations regarding the project's <br />relationship to the Comprehensive Plan and parts thereof. A <br />part of this review shall be a written report from the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. The Planning Commission shall report in writing to the City <br />Council its findings as to compliance of the proposed <br />project with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />4.
