MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />September, 1991 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dave Bendel <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the minutes of the August <br />8, 1991 meeting, the minutes stood approved as read. <br />BRAUSEN Mr. John Brausen appeared before the Commission <br />PROPERTY requesting approval of the division of property at 475 <br />DIVISION Viking Drive. Brausen stated that he would like to <br />adjust the rear lot line of the property in order that <br />he can place a home he plans to build on the adjacent <br />lot without need for a variance. Brausen pointed out <br />that he previously requested the front yard setback <br />variance, however, the Commission recommended denial of <br />the variance since they felt there was no hardship <br />present to justify it. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated September 9, <br />1991 recommending approval of the property division. <br />Garske recommended approval of the application for <br />property division for 475 Viking Drive as requested by <br />Mr. John Brausen, subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in his <br />report dated September 9, 1991. <br />Motion seconded by Pedersen.
