Perm <br />COUNCIL <br />6.v.rtp Sala. <br />6111 et.wn.r <br />Rick mtlov. <br />Jim L.V.W <br />You have failed to comply or resolve the issues included in <br />the letter I sent to you dated November 27, .1990 regarding <br />the above - referenced property. The items that need <br />attention are as follows: <br />* Section 601.010D - The structures are depreciating <br />the value of the property of the adjacent <br />homeowners and businesses. <br />* Section 601.050 - The structures are endangering <br />the safety of the public due to their <br />deterioration. <br />In accordance with Minn. Stat. Sect. 463.15, Subd. 3, the <br />City of Little Canada is declaring this structure a <br />hazardous building due to the inadequate maintenance, <br />dilapidation, physical damage, unsanitary conditions, <br />abandonment, fire hazards, and the hazards to public <br />safety. Minn. Stat. Sect. 463.16 -17 states that you must <br />remove or,raze all of these hazards. <br />This order is to re -state the grounds for removal. This <br />letter will be sent to the District Court for enforcement <br />and corrective action. It shall be served upon you and be <br />posted upon the main entrance of the building. In <br />addition,. a copy of the order will be filed with the Court <br />Administrator of the District Court. If no answer is <br />received from you within 20 days, the City of Little Canada <br />may move the Court for the enforcement of this order. <br />Page 31 <br />
