Hanson <br />The only correspondence that the City of Little Canada has <br />received regarding the hazardous building located at the <br />above - referenced address was from Mr. Don Hagel. He stated <br />that on January 29, 1991 commencement of work would begin <br />by issuing a letter of intent by February 1, 1991. <br />To -date, we have not received a letter of intent. <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 463.15 to 463.261 pertains to <br />the removal of hazardous buildings. Section 463.151 states <br />that if consent in writing by the owner on record to remove <br />and raze the hazardous building is received by the City, <br />the City can remove the building and the cost can be <br />charged against the property as provided in Section 463.21. <br />If no action or resolution is taken by you, this matter <br />will be turned over to the City Attorney for action.
