AUTHORIZATION TO RAZE HAZARDOUS BUILDING <br />We, the undersigned presently <br />residing at Minnesota, state that we <br />are the fee owners of record in joint tenancy of premises commonly <br />known and described as 2558 Rice Street, Little Canada, Minnesota and <br />legally described as Lots 1 thru 23, Block 8, North Heights?Addition <br />to the City of Little Canada, according to the map or plat thereof on <br />file or of record in the office of the County Recorder (Register of <br />Deeds) of the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota; that there now <br />exists on the premises a certain dwelling, which building we agree <br />and admit is a hazardous building as defined by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 463.15 to 463.261 in that it constitutes a fire hazard and a <br />hazard to public safety and health because of age, physical damage, <br />inadequate maintenance and dilapidation, and which building we agree <br />and admit is beyond reasonable repair and should be razed and <br />removed. , <br />We further state that no other person, firm or corporation has <br />any right in, claim to, or lien against these premises. <br />We further state that we do not have any funds at present to <br />remove the building above described and, therefore, we do hereby <br />authorize the City of Little Canada pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 463.151, to (raze such building and to remove the materials <br />therefrom from the premises, including the foundation of the <br />building, to fill the excavation therefrom to grade, and to levy and <br />collect the expense of such razing and removal and filling of the <br />excavation) as a special charge against the real estate on which the <br />Page 40 <br />
