RECOMMENDATION <br />Our office recommends the approval of Gertrude Mostad's request <br />for preliminary plat approval for a subdivision of property <br />located at 2720 Noel Drive subject to the following <br />recommendations: <br />1. The existing garage and shed on Tract B are removed. <br />2. All easements are reviewed by the City Engineer. <br />3. Grading and utilities plans are submitted and reviewed by <br />the City Engineer and Building Official prior to building <br />permit issuance. <br />4. The subdivision is submitted in the form of a final plat for <br />Planning Commission and City Council approval. <br />5.
