Per our phone conversation <br />today, I am submitting a copy for City Council review at the 27 November <br />meeting. <br />The ordinance addresses the Planning Commission's recommendation that <br />only two temporary two week permits be issued for each business. These <br />temporary permits will only be issued to businesses in the B -2 and B -3 <br />Zoning Districts which allow outdoor sales as a conditional use.
