Buy-down-of registration fees. We support the cottittee's" <br />recommendation to-phase in the increased fees, over '2- 3':year <br />period. To„ accomplish this goal we are prepared'to donate up to <br />$10.00 per participant: In addition, we understand that other <br />charitable groups in the'city tare interested in this idea also. <br />4. Park and Recreation Commission. We feel :that the LCRA <br />has provided sound recommendations to the city over the past.. 35 <br />years in the area of youth recreation. We.pelieve that in the <br />future, the LCRA may take'. on an expanded role and act as an <br />advisory group for all 'types of recreation programming.
