Permittee must use a qualified <br />operator for this service. If Permittee does not make <br />these arrangements, the Ramsey County Public Works <br />Department will provide this service. To make <br />arrangements through Ramsey County Public Works, contact <br />Ralph Tschida at 484 -9104. Midwest Sports Event will be <br />responsible for all costs associated with snow removal. <br />2) The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted, but shall <br />be limited to beer sales only. Permittee must obtain <br />the permits necessary for the sale of alcoholic <br />beverages from the City of Little Canada. <br />3) Picking up of all litter shall be the responsibility of <br />the Midwest Sports Events personnel. Ramsey County will <br />provide trash barrels for use by the participants. The <br />Midwest Sports Events shall provide dumpsters for <br />collection and removal of all trash generated by the <br />event. <br />4) Written permission for ice surface use must also be <br />obtained from the Ramsey County Sheriff. <br />Page 6 <br />
