Vehicles will not be permitted <br />on park land, except on roadways and parking lots. <br />6) "Beware of Thin Ice" signs must be posted where <br />appropriate. <br />7) A minimum of two portable toilets must be supplied by <br />the Permittee and they must be pumped on Saturday night <br />to prevent spill or seepage into of the lake. <br />8) A certificate of insurance for comprehensive general <br />liability and food product liability in the amount of <br />$200,000 for each injury, $600,000 total for each <br />accident, and property damage insurance in the amount of <br />$100,000 for each accident, naming Ramsey County, its <br />elected officials, employees, agents and volunteers as <br />additional insureds, must be furnished to this <br />department AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. <br />9) If alcoholic beverages are sold or distributed, <br />Permittee must show proof of Dramshop Insurance in the <br />minimum amount of $600,000. Permittee shall furnish the <br />County with a Certificate of Insurance that verifies <br />such insurance is in full force during the event.
