Mr. Fahey stated <br />that he would go on record'at the budget meeting as being against a 6.8% <br />increase for Roger Glanzer and Joe Chlebeck as he feels their increases <br />should be 5%. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that she felt the Recreation Directors should receive <br />more than 51: increases. Mr. Fahey suggested that MrS. Scalze present <br />a proposal at budget time. Mr. Collova stated that he would be open - <br />minded on this. Mr. 5lesencr stated that he, too, would be willing <br />to look at a study on the Recreation salaries. <br />Fahey stated that if the study is not complete by the time the budget <br />meeting comes around, the budget could be approved and always amended <br />before the end of the year. The City has the contingency fund that it <br />can adjust. <br />Mr. Fahey also wanted it reflected in the minutes that both Mrs. Jespersc <br />and Mrs. Elesener would fall under Job Description ;t46. <br />Masted & The Attorney reported that he is waiting for topos on the :4osted and <br />Johnson Johnson properties. The Engineer stated that they should be complete <br />)Properties in a couple of days. The reason for the delay was the rainy weather. <br />J Agenda Mr. Fahey asked how much these topos would cost. The Engineer thought <br />Item No. 12 they would be at least $2,000. <br />5 Year <br />• State <br />Aid Plan <br />Mrs. Scalze suggested that the Attorney call the property owners and <br />inform them what the delay is. <br />The Engineer submitted to the Council for approval a 5 -Year State Aid <br />plan. The Engineer stated that the Council will not be bound by the <br />Plan, but can make changes to it in the future if it so desires. <br />Agenda Mr. Biesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Item No. 13 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -9 -445 - APPROVING THE <br />PROPOSED FIVE -YEAR STATE AID PLAN•AS SUBMITTED <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by itr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Biesener, Collova, Scalze, Fahey, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 459. <br />Page -10- <br />Page 12 <br />
