Phase III consists of a 30,750 square foot building for <br />office and warehouse use. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Phase III Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Phase III Floor Plan <br />Exhibit C - Phase III Subdivision Plat <br />ANALYSIS <br />Development Plans. Phase III consists of a 30,750 square foot <br />building which is intended for office /warehouse. The building <br />will consist of 12 units for office and warehouse. <br />Access. The site is accessed by two curb cuts onto Country <br />Drive. The two access points provide traffic flow around the <br />structure. The south curb cut is shown to be 26 feet wide.
