A license applicant must complete an <br />application form provided by the City Administrator. The <br />application must be in a form and request information of <br />the applicant as determined by the City Council. <br />(B) Execution. If the applicant is a natural person, the <br />application must be signed and sworn to by the person; if a <br />corporation, by an agent authorized to sign; if a <br />partnership, by a partner. <br />(C) Fees. The application must be accompanied by the <br />required license fee. The fee will be returned to the <br />applicant if the application is rejected. <br />(D) False Statements. It is unlawful to knowingly make a <br />false statement in the license application. In addition to <br />all other penalties, the license may be subsequently <br />revoked by the City Council for a violation of this <br />subsection. <br />817.070. pond. A pawnbroker or secondhand goods dealer <br />license will not be issued unless the applicant files with the <br />City Administrator's office a bond with corporate surety, cash, <br />or a United States government bond in the amount of $5,000.00 <br />for a pawnbroker license or $3,000.00 for a secondhand goods <br />dealer license. The bond must be conditioned on the licensee <br />obeying the laws and ordinances governing the licensed business <br />and paying all fees, taxes, penalties and other charges <br />associated with the business. The bond must provide that it is <br />forfeited to the City upon a violation of law or ordinance. <br />817.080. Site Plan. The application for a pawnbroker or <br />secondhand goods dealer license must be accompanied by a site <br />plan drawn to scale. The site plan must contain: <br />(A) a legal description of the property upon which the <br />proposed licensed premises is situated; <br />(B) a plot plan; <br />(C) the exact location of the licensed premises on the <br />property, customer and employee parking areas, <br />accesses onto the property, and entrance into the <br />premises; <br />(D) the location of and distance from the nearest church, <br />school, hospital, and residence; and <br />Page 14 <br />
