(g) "On -Sale Restaurant" is a restaurant meeting the <br />minimum requirements set forth in section 703.020. <br />(h) "On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Premises" is a place <br />used, maintained, advertised or held out to be a place <br />where intoxicating liquor is sold for consumption on <br />the premises, and in addition to such sale of <br />intoxicating liquor also provides dancing, singing, or <br />vaudeville performances or entertainment for its <br />guests, or provides for them the privilege of dancing. <br />(i) "Persons" are individuals, corporations, partnerships <br />and associations. <br />(j) "Temporary On -Sale" is the on -sale of liquor for <br />consumption on the premises the licensee owns or <br />permanently occupies for a period not to exceed three <br />(3) consecutive days. <br />(k) "On -Sale Wine" is the sale of wine not exceeding 14% <br />alcohol by volume, for consumption on the licensed <br />premises only, in conjunction with the sale of food. <br />(1) "Wine" is sparkling and carbonated wine, wine wade <br />from condensed grape, must, wine made from other <br />agricultural products then sound, ripe grapes, <br />imitation wine, compound sold as wine, vermouth, <br />cider, perry and sake, in each instance containing not <br />less than 7% no more than 24% alcohol by volume for <br />non - industrial use. <br />701.020. ADDITIONAL TERMS. For purposes of this chapter, <br />any terms not defined above shall have the meanings given them <br />in Minnesota Statutes §340A.101. <br />701.030. PROVISIONS OF STATE LAW ADOPTED. Except where <br />specifically set forth in this chapter, the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 340A relating to licensing, <br />consumption, sales, financial responsibility of licensees, hours <br />of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, <br />distribution, and consumption of intoxicating liquor are adopted <br />and made a part of this ordinance as if set out in full. <br />Section 2. <br />Chapter 702 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />-2- <br />Page 13 <br />
