705.040. INSPECTION. An establishment holding a permit <br />under this Section shall be open to inspection by peace officers <br />or other agents of the City during reasonable hours. <br />Intoxicating liquors sold, served or displayed in violation of <br />law may be seized and may be disposed of under Minnesota <br />Statutes §297C.12. <br />705.050. VIOLATION. Any person who exercises the <br />privileges provided by Minnesota Statutes §340A.414 without <br />first having obtained a permit of the City Administrator, as <br />provided in this Chapter, shall upon conviction be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. <br />Section 6. <br />Chapter 706 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby added to read as follows: <br />706. DANCING AND ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE. <br />706.010. LICENSE REQUIRED. It shall be unlawful for any <br />person, firm or corporation licensed under this Chapter to <br />provide dancing, singing, or vaudeville performances or <br />entertainment for its guests, or prov}'de guests with the <br />privilege of dancing, within the limits of the City without <br />first having obtained a license to do so as hereinafter/ <br />provided. <br />706.020. WRITTEN APPLICATION. Any person desiring a <br />dancing and entertainment license shall make his or her <br />application in writing to the City Council by filing said <br />application with the City Administrator. The following <br />information shall be set forth in the application: <br />(1) Name and place of residence of the applicant. <br />(2) The exact location of the premises upon which the <br />applicant proposes to provide dancing and entertainment. <br />(3) Whether the applicant has ever been engaged in a <br />similar business and, if so, the location thereof and the date <br />when so engaged. <br />(4) Whether the applicant proposes to afford the privilege <br />of dancing to his or her guests or whether vaudeville <br />entertainment will be afforded or whether both will be <br />provided. In case the applicant proposes to afford the public <br />the privilege of dancing, the application shall set forth the <br />amount of floor space available which the applicant proposes to <br />maintain for dancing purposes. <br />-20- <br />Page 31 <br />
