I forwarded these
documents to Paul McCloskey, Assistant City Attorney for St.
Paul on February 8, 1991. In written correspondence dated
February 12, 1991, Mr. McCloskey advised me that the annual fee
for services increased to $1,199.50 as of January 1, 1991, and
that as a result, the Contract would have to be amended to
reflect this change.
The Council should approve an amendment to the Contract
revising the annual fee to $1,199.50. Upon that approval, you
and the Mayor should initial the alterations made in Paragraph
5.1 and return the signed copies to me. S will then forward the
documents to the St. Paul City Attorneys' Office in order that
the necessary signatures for the City of St. Paul may be
obtained.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this matter,
please advise.
PTO:gc
Enclosures
Very truly yours,
SWEENEY & BORER
ops(4,0 (777
Paul T.
