MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 24, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of <br />July, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -7 -128 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 10, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANADIAN Blesener pointed out that the 2013 Canadian Celebration will be held <br />DAYS August 2 "d through 4°1. The City's website has a schedule of events. <br />Blesener also noted that Canadian Days buttons can be purchased at the <br />City Center as well as at several local businesses. <br />SENATOR Blesener reported that the League of MN Cities has recognized Senator <br />BEVERLY Beverly Scalze as a Legislator of Distinction for the bills she authored <br />SCALZE keeping citizen contact information private as well as banning coal -based <br />tar asphalt sealants. <br />
