The City <br />often overlooks this 100 day deadline as it understands that more <br />time is needed to record the plat. <br />Our office on the suggestion from City staff, has prepared a <br />subdivision amendment which extends this deadline period to six <br />months. This time period is in line with other surrounding <br />cities. Our office finds the need to extend the recording <br />deadline very reasonable, as it is difficult to get all the <br />appropriate departments to review and ,sign off on the plat within <br />the 100 day limit.
