negligence or misconduct on the part of the Department or its <br />members. The City shall also be named as an additional insured on <br />all Department insurance policies. The Department is to furnish the <br />City with certificates of insurance as evidence of coverage in force <br />for the Contract period. The certificate shall provide the City with <br />30 days notice of cancellation. <br />7. For 1991, the City shall pay to the Little Canada Volunteer <br />Fire Relief Association a sum equal to $12,000.00 (Twelve Thousand <br />and no /100). <br />8.
