Only jurisdictions <br />affected by consolidation will be used for this calculation. <br />Discussion: The Status Report on City /County Personnel <br />Negotiations Affecting Proposed Health Merger, February 1989,5 <br />discussed the comparable job titles and salary ranges of City and <br />County public health employees. Attachment B lists the City job <br />titles for which no County job classification exists. The <br />County's job classification and compensation plan would need to <br />modified to incorporate these positions. <br />There is a potential salary cost savings with the elimination of <br />duplicate administrative positions.
