MINUTES <br />CUP FOR <br />AUTO REPAIR <br />2822 RICE <br />STREET <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 12, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />March, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />February 13, 1992 regular meeting, those minutes stood <br />approved as submitted. <br />DeLonais reported that Mr. Gary Smith is not able to <br />be present this evening. Mr. Smith has made <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct an <br />auto repair business in a B -3 Zoning District. <br />The City Planner reported that he has reviewed the <br />plans submitted by Mr. Smith, although he has not had <br />an opportunity to discuss these plans with him. The <br />Planner pointed out that Smith is proposing a phased -in <br />development, and the Planner did not believe some of <br />the improvements should be phased in, but rather <br />improved immediately. The Planner reported that the <br />Planning Commission could act on the application, if it <br />so desired, and if the recommendation is conditional, <br />Mr. Smith would be informed of those conditions. <br />Garske pointed out that Smith is proposing to have 8 <br />bays at full development.
