MAR -0E -1992 16 :03 FROM SWEENEY & BORER <br />TO LITTLE - CANADA P.04 /0E <br />shall be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director or his <br />designee. <br />5. Facilities. Lessees shall use the concession stand <br />existing at the time of entering into this Agreement. Any <br />improvements to or expansion of the concession stand shall be <br />made at the sole cost of Lessees and will not be made without <br />the prior approval of the Parks and Recreation Director or his <br />designee. Lessees shall purchase and maintain the equipment <br />needed to operate the concession stand. <br />6. Licenses nd Permits. Lessees shall be responsible for <br />securing and paying for all licenses, permits and fees required <br />by the City, County or State. <br />7. Insurance. Lessees shall provide comprehensive general <br />liability insurance coverage in an amount of at least <br />$600,000.00 for any number of claims arising out of a single <br />occurrence. The City shall be named as an additional insured on <br />said policy and said policy shall indicate that the policy will <br />not be cancelled without at least ten (10) days prior written <br />notice to the City. In addition, Lessees shall secure statutory <br />workers' compensation insurance coverage and shall provide a <br />copy of the certificate of such insurance to the City. <br />E. City's Fund Raising Events. Lessees acknowledge that <br />the City conducts Certain fund raising activities involving the <br />concession stand at Picneer Park, and agrees that its use of the <br />concession stand shall not restrict the City and its <br />-2- <br />Page 22 <br />
