FEB -21 -1992 11 :02 FROM SWEENEY & BORER <br />TO LITTLE- CANADA P.07/09 <br />Section 3. <br />Section 815.025 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />815.025. CONTINUING REGULATION OF CHARITABLE GAMBLING <br />ORGANIZATIONS. <br />(A) Copies of all reports or documents which are required <br />to be filed by an organization with the Gambling <br />Control Board subsequent to licensing and the approval <br />of a premises permit, including monthly financial <br />statements, shall be filed with the City within ten <br />(10) days of the filing of such materials with the <br />Gambling Control Board. <br />(B) To assure compliance with this Ordinance, the City may <br />require a premises permit holder or bingo hall <br />licensee to provide copies of their records described <br />in Minn. Stat. §349.215. <br />(C) The holder of a premises permit or bingo hall license <br />shall notify the City in writing of any change in its <br />officers, directors, employees, members or consultants <br />within ten (10) days of any change in the identity of <br />those individuals. Simultaneously with the written <br />notice, the organization shall provide confirmation <br />that no officer or member of the governing body has <br />been convicted in state or federal, court of a felony <br />or a gross misdemeanor within five (5) years <br />immediately prior to the issuance of the license or <br />has ever been convicted of a crime involving gambling <br />or has ever had a license issued by the Board or <br />Director revoked for a violation of law or board rule <br />regulating lawful gambling. The organization shall <br />further provide confirmation that no director, <br />employee or consultant to the organization has been <br />convicted of a felony or a gross misdemeanor involving <br />theft, dishonesty or false statement, or involving the <br />sale or possession of a controlled substance within <br />five (5) years immediately prior to the issuance of a <br />license or has ever been convicted of a crime <br />involving gambling or has ever had a license issued by <br />the Board or Director revoked for a violation of law <br />or Board Rule regulating lawful gambling. <br />(D) All licensees and permittees in the City shall use a <br />certified public accounting firm for an annual <br />financial audit of its lawful gambling activities and <br />funds and for the preparation of monthly reports filed <br />Page412 <br />
