rental required to complete the work, except the cost of <br />providing the power supply to the service poles or pads and the <br />cost of the City furnished materials, shall constitute the actual <br />"Construction Cost" and shall be so referred to hereinafter. <br />3. Costs for EVP Systems control and interface <br />equipment, cables, detectors and lights for the new and revised <br />traffic control signals provided for herein shall be paid by <br />St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood or Little Canada at their sole <br />cost and expense [excluding the costs for the EVP System control <br />and interface equipment for the new traffic control signals on <br />Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at Wheelock Parkway, County <br />State Aid Highway No. 30 (Larpenteur Avenue), and at County State <br />Aid Highway No. 25 (County Road B) which shall be paid by <br />St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood or Little Canada and by State and <br />Federal —aid funds]. <br />4. The State with its own forces and equipment or by <br />contract shall perform the traffic control signal work provided <br />for under State Project No.'s 6213 -36 and 6214 -63, State Project <br />No.'s 62- 625 -20, 62- 626 -06 and 62- 630 -39, and Federal —aid Project <br />No. HES 5418(17) with the Construction Costs shared as follows: <br />a. Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at Wheelock <br />Parkway. System "A." S.P. 6213 -36.
