The State shall install or cause the installation <br />of overhead signing and shall maintain said signing [excludes the <br />maintenance of the signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) <br />at Wheelock Parkway and at County State Aid Highway No. 30 <br />(Larpenteur Avenue)] all at no cost to the County, St. Paul, <br />Roseville, Maplewood or Little Canada. <br />6. Payment to the City will be made by the State for <br />the State's share and the Federal —aid portion [as specified in <br />Paragraph 4a(2), 4b(2), 4b(4) and 4i(2)] of the actual costs for <br />the City furnished materials (estimated cost $28,900.00) <br />furnished to the State and upon submission by the City of an <br />invoice in quintuplicate to the State's Assistant District <br />Engineer at Oakdale or his duly authorized representative <br />itemizing the costs and certified by a responsible City Official <br />that said materials have been furnished under the terms of this <br />agreement. The invoice and supporting records are subject to <br />audit by the State's and Federal Highway Administration's <br />representative at the direction of either party. <br />7. The amount to be encumbered for payment to the <br />City from Trunk Highway Funds for the City furnished materials <br />provided under this Agreement is $27,455.00 which includes <br />$26,010.00 for the Federal —aid portion.
