Hanson RE: Traffic Control Signal Agreement No. 69107 Between the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) and the City of Little Canada The State is proposing to remove the existing traffic control signals and install new signals, street lights and emergency vehicle pre - emption (EVP) systems on Rice Street from Wheelock Parkway to County Road B2. The City of Little Canada will be charged for some of the upgrading and repairs to several of the intersections. The costs associated with the installation are being funded by anticipated Federal Aid with the exception of the EVP system. Below is a list of the costs for each intersection: EVP SYSTEMS: County Road B - Estimated cost is $7,594.50 which includes the EVP system materials, cable detector, lights, and State furnished materials for the EVP control interface equipment. The anticipated Federal Aid share is 90 %, State's share is 5 %, Roseville's share is 1.66 %, Maplewood's share is 1.67 %, and Little Canada's share is 1.67 %. Rice Street and Highway 36 South Ramps - Estimated cost is $7,500.00. Roseville's share is 33.33 %, Maplewood's share is 33.335 %, Little Canada's share is 33.335 %. Highway 36 North Ramps - Estimated cost is $7,615.50. Roseville's share is 50% and Little Canada's share is 50 %. Rice Street at Minnesota Avenue - Estimated cost is $7,598.00.
