The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Ordinance <br />are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />A building floor plan has been submitted, however, no site plan is <br />included to identify compliance with the 30 percent rule, surfacing <br />criteria, and parking supply. <br />Due to the additional information necessary to review this request, <br />we would recommend withholding the approval until this <br />documentation is submitted. <br />An additional item is that due to the large number of similar <br />requests over the past few months, staff is assembling a current <br />list of licensed auto sales locations in the Ryan Industrial Park <br />area.
