MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 14, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />May, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen (arr. 7:45 P.M.) <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the minutes of the April <br />9th meeting, the minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />CUP Mr. Roberto Luciano appeared before the Commission <br />AUTO SALES requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to <br />3168 RYAN conduct a retail auto sales business within Ryan <br />3168, <br />RYAN <br />Industrial Park. Luciano reported that he conducts an <br />auto repair business at 3168 Ryan Lane. As part of <br />this business, he repairs vehicles and has been <br />wholesaling them to auto auctions or dealers. Luciano <br />reported that he would like a retail auto dealers <br />license. Luciano reported that he plans to retail <br />vehicles from his home. Luciano reported that he has <br />been in business in Ryan Industrial Park for the past 2 <br />1/2 years. <br />DeLonais did not feel that Ryan Industrial Park was a <br />retail area. <br />Luciano reported that he has no plans to turn his <br />property into a used car sales lot. Luciano agreed <br />that the location was not a good retail location. <br />Page 1 <br />
