Hanson <br />CERTIFIED MAIL <br />RE: 34 Little Canada Road, 06- 29 -22 -31 -0014 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />This correspondence will serve as a notice to you as the <br />home owners of 34 Little Canada Road that you have failed <br />to resolve the issues of proper maintenance of the <br />structure located at this address. Although this matter <br />before you has gone through extensive reports and reviews <br />with the City of Little Canada, your failure to comply with <br />City standards has resulted with not only nonconformance to <br />the City Codes but also concerning a hazardous condition. <br />The City of Little Canada Municipal Code, Chapter 601: <br />* Section 601.010.(d) - The structure is <br />depreciating the value of the property of the <br />adjacent home owners and business. <br />* Section 601.030.(o) - Rodents are infesting the <br />structure. <br />* Section 601.050. - The structures are endangering <br />the safety of the public due to their <br />deterioration. <br />* Zoning Code, Section 903.010(11) - Non - conforming <br />building structures and use. Whenever a lawful <br />non - conforming use of a structure or land is <br />discontinued for a period of six months, <br />following written notice from the Zoning <br />Administrator, any future use of said structure <br />or land shall be made to conform of which you <br />have failed to do. <br />Page 24 <br />
