RECOMMENDATION <br />The proposed lot split conforms to all minimum lot size and <br />setback standards for the R -1 Zoning District and therefore our <br />office recommends approval of the Truscott lot split proposal <br />subject to the following recommendations: <br />1. Applicant to verify that the house was built prior to June <br />25, 1980 so the five yard setback is in conformance with the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />2.
