Consruction Order Component <br />Description: A Construction Order Component shall contain a <br />map or maps setting forth the proposed chronological order of <br />construction relating each proposed use and structure to the <br />construction of the various services and, facilities as may be <br />required herein. Said Component shall include estimated completion <br />dates and shall specify the proposed order of request for utility <br />release or other authority to occupy completed structures so as to <br />provide a basis for determining the adequacy of the related <br />services and facilities for each separate construction phase. <br />Requirements: <br />1. All development shall proceed in accordance with an <br />approved stage development program and no building or other <br />construction permits shall be issued except in accordance with said <br />program. <br />2. To the extent feasible and practicable, detailed plans <br />for each construction phase shall be presented in advance to allow <br />time for proper review prior to the need for building and other <br />required permits. <br />G. Additional Components <br />Requirements: <br />1. No identification, rental, advertising, directional, or <br />other signs shall be permitted except those specifically authorized <br />and shown on the approved plans. <br />2. All signage is subject to the provisions of the Little <br />Canada Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. All development shall be subject to periodic inspection <br />by the City for purposes of assuring continued conformity to the <br />provisions of this Permit. <br />4. All structures and grounds shall be properly maintained <br />at all times as required to allow successful operation of the <br />building and site. <br />H. Maps and Reports. <br />All maps, reports, exhibits and other documents attached to <br />this Agreement, which are properly approved and filed, shall be <br />considered as part of this Permit and shall have the same force and <br />effect as if fully set down herein and is hereby made a part of <br />this Agreement. <br />6 <br />Page 11 <br />
