MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARK COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />April 16, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Park Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of April, <br />1992 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chair Jack Fitzgerald called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Jack Fitzgerald <br />Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Mr. Greg Cylkowski (arr. 7:40 P.M.) <br />(left 8:40 P.M.) <br />Mr. Jack Fitzgerald <br />Ms. Jan Sherman <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Ken Wehrle <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Jim Morelan, Park & Rec Director <br />Bill Sanders, Park Consultant <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />Fasciana recommended that the minutes of the March 19, <br />1992 regular meeting be approved as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Sherman. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />TRAIL/ Fitzgerald reported that several members of the <br />UTILITY Commission and the Park Consultant have looked at the <br />EASEMENT trail /utility easement at 105 East Old County Road C. <br />105 EAST <br />OLD COUNTY Sanders reported that as a result of his visit to the <br />ROAD C site, he prepared a sketch showing a 10 -foot trail <br />easement running down the middle of the 20 -foot utility <br />easement. Sanders reported it was the consensus of the <br />Commission members that given the terrain of the area, <br />this was the best way to address the trail easement. <br />Sanders noted that there are three evergreen trees in <br />the location where he is proposing the trail easement. <br />These trees were planted by Mr. Zietlow, and it was <br />felt that they are small enough to be relocated. <br />Page 1 <br />Page 17 <br />
