The expansion of <br />trailer parking will provide an additional 21 stalls and an <br />additional four car stalls for customer parking. The new parking <br />area is a westerly expansion of the existing trailer parking area. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan <br />ANALYSIS <br />Parking. As stated earlier, Section 918.040.B allows semi -truck <br />trailer parking as an accessory use by conditional use permit.
