The first
ordinance is the addition of Section 921.009 to the
administration provisions of the Zoning Code to provide for the
collection of applicant's costs relating to rezonings,
conditional use permits, variances, appeals and planned unit
developments. As you will see, this ordinance also includes
provisions for collection of administrative costs. It also
provides for a civil action in lieu of certification.
The second ordinance is an amendment to Section 1004.011 of
the Platting Code. This ordinance also now includes provisions
for collection of administrative costs and further provides for
civil action in lieu of certification.
Would you please review the enclosed to determine if any
additions or deletions are necessary. If the enclosed is
acceptable, would you please submit the same to the Council for
their consideration.
TMS :gc
Enclosure
Yours very truly,
SWEENEY, BORER & OSTROW
r'7 D,,n,60 %( .
