_1^_1992 11:13 FROM SIJEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA P.02/02 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 921.009, <br />ADMINISTRATION- APPLICANT'S COSTS, <br />TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO THE PAYMENT OF APPLICANT'S COSTS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 921.009 is hereby added to the Municipal Code of <br />the City of Little Canada to read as follows: <br />921.009. APPLICANT'S COSTS. The applicants shall pay to <br />the City all expenses incurred by the City relative to the <br />processing of applications for zoning ordinance text amendments <br />and district boundary amendments, including rezoning, <br />conditional use permits, variances, appeals, planned unit <br />developments, vacations and site plan reviews, which expenses <br />shall include, but not be limited to, expenses for engineering, <br />planning, fiscal, administrative, and legal services. If said <br />expenses are not paid within a reasonable time after billing by <br />the City, the City shall certify the same as unpaid against the <br />real property and shall collect the same in the same manner as <br />real estate taxes are collected. The City shall have the option <br />to collect said amounts in a civil action in lieu of <br />certification for collection. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
