Also <br />enclosed for the consideration by your City Council is a sample <br />Resolution approving the transfer of control which has been <br />recommended by the cable commission through its Executive <br />Committee. <br />The commission has conducted the required public hearings on your <br />behalf, has conducted the necessary analysis of the technical, <br />legal and financial qualifications of the applicant, and has <br />reviewed the enclosed resolution with the recommendation that it be <br />forwarded to your City for your approval. <br />Please consider the enclosed Resolution at your earliest <br />convenience. If your city should approve the resolution, please <br />return a certified copy of the approved Resolution to my office. <br />A complete copy of the various consultants' reports are available <br />for your review, as is a video tape of the oral reports of the <br />consultants. These are available in the cable commission office. <br />If you should have any questions, please contact Ms. Coralie Wilson <br />at the commission office (482- 1261). Feel free to put the enclosed <br />Resolution in the form utilized by your City. No ordinance <br />amendments are necessary at this time to accomplish your action on <br />the enclosed Resolution.
