JUL -16 -1992 14:21 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1004.011 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF DEVELOPER'S COSTS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 1004.011 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1004.011. DEVELOPER'S COSTS. The developer shall pay to <br />the City all expenses incurred by the City relative to the <br />subdivision, whether by plat, registered land survey, or <br />otherwise, which expenses shall include, but not be limited to, <br />expenses for engineering, planning, fiscal, administrative, and <br />legal services. If said expenses are not paid within <br />reasonable time after billing by the City, the City shall <br />certify the same as unpaid against the real property and shall <br />collect the same in the same manner as real estate taxes are <br />collected. The City shall have the option to collect said <br />amounts in a civil action in lieu of certification for <br />collection. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
