However, the shopping center could, by conditional use permit, <br />request second sign of similar size, and the City has approved such <br />requests in the past. In this case, the applicant has indicated a <br />willingness to forego any proposal for a second sign if this <br />request can be approved. <br />Despite the lack of physical hardship, we believe this proposal to <br />be a positive for the City.
