SEP -09 -1992 10:52 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA <br />P.10/21 <br />indicated on Exhibit D, shall be deeded to the City and the <br />30 -foot trail easement along the east property line of the plat <br />shall be dedicated to the City as a condition of the approval of <br />the Final Plat. The basis of this conveyance and dedication is <br />that this property was to have been conveyed as part of a <br />previous development in this area, which appears to be in common <br />ownership. <br />18. construction Traffic. Developer agrees to have all <br />traffic associated with the construction of the public <br />improvements access the development area from Yorkton <br />Boulevard. No construction traffic is to access from Jackson <br />Street, accept that which is absolutely necessary to properly <br />install the public improvements. Failure to comply with the <br />conditions of this Paragraph and the conditions of Paragraph 19 <br />will result in suspension of the construction of the public <br />improvements. <br />19. Access. Developer agrees to maintain access to <br />properties abutting Jackson Street during the construction of <br />the public improvements.
