Developer's responsibility for <br />construction and costs also includes the reconstruction of <br />Jackson Street from LaBore Avenue to the project site. Said <br />construction is to comply with City requirements, including the <br />installation of curb and gutter equivalent to curb and gutter <br />installed in the balance of the plat. <br />15. Sewer and Water Services. Sewer and water services <br />are to be made available to properties located at 2902, 2084, <br />and 2876 Jackson Street. The Developer shall provide the City <br />with evidence of an agreement with the respective property <br />owners, indicating the availability of these services to the <br />properties in question and indicating provisions for cost <br />reimbursement, if any. It is to be understood that these <br />property owners are subject to the sewer and water connection <br />fees of the City of Little Canada, as well as the cost to <br />install the services from the curb stops to their residences. <br />Furthermore, the City is not involved in the financing of the <br />construction of these services and therefore will not be <br />assessing nor financing the costs, if any, which will be the <br />responsibility of the affected property owners. <br />16. Extension, of sTackson Street. The Developer is to <br />acquire additional right -of -way necessary for the extension of <br />Jackson Street, as indicated on the plat, and to provide for <br />dedication of the same as part of the platting process. <br />17.
