The Developer <br />represents to the City that to the best of its knowledge the <br />extension of the public improvement to the Jackson Heights <br />subdivision will comply with all City, county, metropolitan, <br />state and federal laws and regulations, including, but not <br />limited to, subdivision ordinances, toning ordinances and <br />environmental regulations. The Developer shall obtain all <br />necessary permits and consents for the project, including but <br />not limited to the permit required from the Minnesota Department <br />of Health due to the watermain extension, the permit required <br />from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the sanitary <br />sewer main extension, and the permit required from the <br />Ramsey - Washington Watershed District for grading and storm water <br />discharge. The Developer shall reimburse the City for any costs <br />or expenses incurred by the City due to the need for any permits <br />or consents, and shall be responsible for compliance with any <br />other requirements imposed by the agencies in question. <br />4. Development Exhibits. The Developer shall develop the <br />proposed plat in accordance with Exhibit B, attached hereto, and <br />on file in the offices of the City. <br />5. I2eauired Improvements. The Developer shall install, at <br />its own expense, the extension of the public improvements, <br />consisting of watermain, sanitary sewer main, storm sewer, curb <br />and gutter, bituminous roadways, signage, and lighting, to be <br />completed no later than November 30, 1993.
