Ramsey- Washington Metro <br />0 <br />District <br />PERMIT <br />2225 White Bear Ave.. <br />Maplewood. Mn. 55109 <br />(6121779. 2207 <br />Permission is granted to conduct grading operations in accordance with <br />the Rules and Regulations and Management Plan of the District for the <br />project Gilles Fill Area <br />owned by Joe Lilies , District Permit No. <br />subject to the following special provisions: <br />47 -26 <br />1. Construction shall be in accordance with the plans submitted to the <br />District as of June 3, 1992. <br />2. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities shall be <br />installed and maintained to conform with the Ramsey- Washington Metro <br />Watershed District standards, as detailed in the enclosed <br />Attachment A." <br />3. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities must be installed <br />prior to any site grading operations. The District's Administrator <br />must be notified once these facilities are installed. Grading <br />operations shall not begin until the District Administrator approves <br />the installed facilities. <br />4. All grading operations shall be conducted in a manner to minimize the <br />potential for site erosion. <br />5. In areas where concentrated flows will occur (such as swales and areas <br />in front of storm sewer catch basins and intakes), the erosion control <br />facilities shall be backed by a stabilization structure to protect <br />those facilities from the concentrated flows. The stabilization <br />structures, such as snow fence, 'shall be approved by the District <br />Administrator. <br />6. Any damaged silt fencing or other erosion control facilities shall be <br />restored to their originally installed condition daily. <br />7. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored as soon as <br />possible. Any areas that have been finish graded and areas that have <br />been disturbed but have no active grading or site building construction <br />shall be seeded and mulched within 14 days. All mulch material shall <br />be disced into the soil in a direction perpendicular to the stormwater <br />flow over such areas. <br />8. All soils tracked onto paved roadways shall be removed daily. <br />9. All construction site entrances shall be surfaced with crushed rock <br />across the entire width of the entrance and from the entrance to a <br />point at least 50 feet into the construction zone. <br />The Board reserves the right to review and revise these special provisions <br />as circumstances may require.
