Ramsey- Washington Metro 0 District PERMIT 2225 White Bear Ave.. Maplewood. Mn. 55109 (6121779. 2207 Permission is granted to conduct grading operations in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Management Plan of the District for the project Gilles Fill Area owned by Joe Lilies , District Permit No. subject to the following special provisions: 47 -26 1. Construction shall be in accordance with the plans submitted to the District as of June 3, 1992. 2. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities shall be installed and maintained to conform with the Ramsey- Washington Metro Watershed District standards, as detailed in the enclosed Attachment A." 3. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities must be installed prior to any site grading operations. The District's Administrator must be notified once these facilities are installed. Grading operations shall not begin until the District Administrator approves the installed facilities. 4. All grading operations shall be conducted in a manner to minimize the potential for site erosion. 5. In areas where concentrated flows will occur (such as swales and areas in front of storm sewer catch basins and intakes), the erosion control facilities shall be backed by a stabilization structure to protect those facilities from the concentrated flows. The stabilization structures, such as snow fence, 'shall be approved by the District Administrator. 6. Any damaged silt fencing or other erosion control facilities shall be restored to their originally installed condition daily. 7. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored as soon as possible. Any areas that have been finish graded and areas that have been disturbed but have no active grading or site building construction shall be seeded and mulched within 14 days. All mulch material shall be disced into the soil in a direction perpendicular to the stormwater flow over such areas. 8. All soils tracked onto paved roadways shall be removed daily. 9. All construction site entrances shall be surfaced with crushed rock across the entire width of the entrance and from the entrance to a point at least 50 feet into the construction zone. The Board reserves the right to review and revise these special provisions as circumstances may require. This permit may be suspended for failure to comply with the above specified provisions.
