Hanson <br />TO: Mayor Hanson and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Administrative Assistant <br />RE: Vacancies on the Planning Commission and Parks and Recreation <br />Commission <br />Please note that the following terms of office expire on December 31, <br />1992: <br />Planning Commission - <br />Steve Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Bob Pedersen <br />Park and Recreation Commission - <br />Bill Bruce <br />Greg Cylkowski <br />Jack Fitzgerald <br />It is also possible that there may be an additional vacancy on the <br />Planning Commission since one of its members, John Keis, is running <br />for City Council office and his term on the Planning Commission <br />expires on December 31, 1993. <br />It is my recommendation that after the November 3rd election results <br />are known, staff advertise the vacancies. Applications can be taken <br />through the month of November, with appointment made by the Council <br />at one of its meetings in December. <br />Page 101 <br />
